The shipping of your package
You can track your shipment by means of the shipment number provided by the carrier and indicated on the confirmation email sent to you when your package is handed over to the carrier. Click on the link inside the "Shipment confirmation" email to see the shipment details. Shipments and deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday, excepting holidays, during office hours and without the possibility of making an appointment.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive the return free of charge, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Following your return request, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You will have to put the products to be returned in the box / package, complete with tag, packaging and accessories. Remember to remove the existing label and place the new label found inside the package in its place.
RETURN COSTS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.
Damaged products must not be accepted and will be returned to you by charging you the shipping costs.
Once the warehouse receives the package and checks the conformity of the goods, you will receive an email indicating whether the return has been accepted. If the return has been accepted, the amount paid will be re-credited to the payment method used to finalize the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent.
How is a return refunded?
The refund of a return will take place only after all the checks of the returned order have been made and updated we have a positive outcome. These checks required the compliance of the order and the period for requesting the return, which must be made no later than 30 days from receipt of the package. At the end of the process, you will be sent an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return request.
The refund will be made to your account if the purchase was made with PayPal / Amazon Pay directly to your bank account. The refund was received after about 4-5 working days from the date of receipt of the return confirmation email. You will still receive a refund confirmation email. If your purchase was made using a discount code, the refund will only be related to the difference between the value of the purchase purchased and the value of the discount.
