Shipments and Returns
The shipment of your package - FREE OVER 150 € (only in Europe)
To take advantage of the shipping discount, select "STANDARD" courier during checkout.
Packages are generally sent within 1/2 days of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday) and are shipped with unsigned tracking and delivery. NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS. If you prefer an express delivery, an additional fee will be applied, and then select this option at checkout. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include management and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile objects.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Following your return request, you will be sent a confirmation email. You will have to put in the box /package the products to be returned, complete with a tag, packaging and accessories (if any). Remember to remove the existing label and place in its place the new label that you will have found inside the package.
THE RETURN COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE BUYER. THE RISKS OF RETURN SHIPPING ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER, LOST ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Damaged products cannot be accepted and will be returned to you by charging you shipping costs.
Once the warehouse has received the package and checked the conformity of the goods, you will receive an email that will tell you if the return has been accepted.
If the return has been accepted, the amount paid will be credited back to the means of payment used to finalize the purchase and you will be sent a confirmation email.
How does a return be refunded?
The refund of a return will take place only after all the checks of the returned order have been made and have been successful. These checks concern the conformity of the order and the period of request of the return, which must be carried out no later than 14 days after receipt of the package. At the end of the process, you will be sent an email confirming your acceptance of the return request. The refund will be made to your account if the purchase was made with PayPal /Amazon Pay or directly to your bank account. You will be able to view the refund after about 4-5 working days (the days from Monday to Friday are considered working) from the date of receipt of the returned confirmation email. You will still receive a refund confirmation email. If your purchase was made using a discount code, the refund will only be related to the difference between the value of the purchase made and the value of the discount.
